It’s crisp and fresh and clean smelling, just like newly washed sheets. Throwing on a dash of Cote Bastide linen scented body lotion is a really great pick-me-up. Something about it’s cleanness is really quite energizing. I remember growing up, our family dog, Sandy Denise Wong (God rest her soul) would go totally ape-shit after we gave her a bath.

She would run around the house at top speed, tearing through the living room, into the kitchen where she’d slip on the tile and slam into the refrigerator, then ricochet into the dining room where she’d pick up speed again on the carpeted floor, then she’d stop suddenly and go in the opposite direction zigging and zagging back through the rooms. Clean glee. I’m not saying that lighting up a linen scented candle is going to make you slam into kitchen appliances all willy-nilly, but it might put a little clean glee induced bounce into your step when you’re feeling run down and dog tired.
