With all the hubbub of exciting new spring arrivals going on, I’d like to take a minute and talk about one of our not-so-new arrivals. The Bodas Smooth Tactile set. We got this set because we were in love with the color, Maquillage.

Maquillage translates to “make-up; cosmetics” and the color is a rich peachy-brown pink. I suppose I see the relationship to make-up because it’s like a great hue for rouge, especially for my olive toned skin. I’m not really a pink person, I never have been, but this pink is something anyone can enjoy. It’s not baby pink, or bubble gum pink, or hot pink, none of those juvenile pinks. No, this is a nice grownup pink. This pink has a 401-K and enjoys gourmet restaurants and having a few cocktails with it’s old college friends after work…. but this pink knows when to say when because it wouldn’t dare get sloppy in mixed company. You get the picture. So it’s a great color and, here’s the kicker, it’s coloring a really great molded bra and bikini set. The bra has a fantastic cut and gives you just a little oomph. Anyone who owns a Bodas bra knows what I’m talking about. Bodas bras are unassuming, but when it comes to comfort, support and an overall good fit, they run with the big dogs. They’ve got a cult following, you better believe it. And that matching smooth tactile mini? How cute! It’s a french-cut hipster bikini with just the right amount of coverage. It’s a classic. Great color, great fit, it’s just great…and did I mention it’s on sale? Hellz yeah! Can you say “Maquilla-good-deal”?
